摘要
目的探讨营养风险筛查在胃肠肿瘤患者术中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年4月~2017年12月收治的胃肠肿瘤患者33例,根据入院时间不同分为营养组(n=17)和对比组(n=16),对比组患者实施常规营养护理,营养组患者实施营养风险筛查及针对性营养支持护理,对比分析两组患者的临床指标、各时间段血清白蛋白指标及治疗效果。结果营养组患者在住院时间、住院费用等临床指标均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在各时间段血清白蛋白指标对比中,除却两组患者术前、术后3d对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组患者术后7d差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗效果对比中,营养组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养风险筛查在胃肠肿瘤患者舒活中能够的应用效果显著,可在临床实践中予以广泛推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the application of nutritional risk screening in gastrointestinal tunors patients. Methods From April 2016 to December 2017,thirty three patients with gastrointestinal tumor were divided into nutrition group（n=17） and control group（n=16）.The patients in the control group were given routine nutrition nursing,and the patients in the nutrition group were given nutritional risk screening and targeted nutrition support nursing.The clinical indexes,serum albumin indexes and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical indexes of the nutrition group were better than those of the control group in terms of hospitalization time,hospitalization cost and so on. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in serum albumin indexes between the two groups before operation and 3 days after operation（P〉0.05）,but there was a significant difference between the two groups on the 7 th day after operation.There was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the nutritional group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nutrient risk screening has a significant effect in the application of gastrointestinal cancer patients in the relaxation and can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
