摘要
采用ABAQUS建立有限元模型,分析了T型开孔波折板连接件的抗剪性能。研究了连接件构件的荷载-滑移特性、不同构造参数对抗剪承载力的影响,以及贯穿钢筋的应变、T型开孔波折板连接件的应力随荷载的变化规律。结果表明:T型开孔波折板连接件的荷载-滑移曲线基本可分成弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段及破坏阶段;T型开孔波折板连接件焊接边的应力大于自由边,T型开孔波折板连接件的贯穿钢筋下侧拉应变随钢筋直径减小而增加;与开孔波折板连接件相比,T型开孔波折板连接件的受剪承载力提高了27%;提高混凝土强度等级、配置贯穿钢筋以及增加其直径和连接件的高度,可提高T型开孔波折板连接件的抗剪承载力。
The paper proposed a new T-perforated corrugated plate connector,a finite element model based on the platform of ABAQUS was established and the shear behavior of T-perforated corrugated plate connector was analyzed. The load-slip characteristics of connectors,the effect of different constructional parameters on the bearing capacity,the variation rule of transverse rebar strain,and the stress curves of T-perforated corrugated plate connectors were studied. The results showed that the load-slip curves of T-perforated corrugated plate connectors could be approximately divided into the elastic stage,the elastic-plastic stage and the failure stage. The stress of the welding side was greater than that of free side. The underside tension strain of transverse rebar of T-perforated corrugated plate connectors decreased with the increase of reinforcement diameter. Compared with perforated corrugated plate connectors,the shear capacity of T-perforated corrugated plate connectors increased by 27%. Increasing the strength of concrete,configuring transverse rebars and increasing its diameter and the height of connectors could increase the shear capacity of T-perforated corrugated plate connectors.
