摘要
对一种新型盘销式钢管支架结构的力学性能进行试验研究,采用单一变量法研究基本受力单元体及其扩展支架的承载力及各参数对基本受力单元体的影响。研究结果表明:斜杆的布置会显著提高基本受力单元体的稳定性;顶部悬臂长度、步距会影响基本受力单元体的稳定性;步数、跨数、横距对单根立杆的稳定性影响不大;并提出了在工程实践中应通过减小顶部悬臂长度、步距来提高支架稳定性的建议。
A series of experiments were performed on a new type of pin-disk type steel tube support frame,the single variable method was adopted to study the bearing capacity of basic unit and expansion support,including the parameter analysis on basic unit. The research results indicated that the bracing bars could significantly improve the stability of the basic unit. The uplift length of the top cantilever and height of one layer would affect the stability of the basic unit. Layers,span number and the spacing between upright tubes would not affect the stability of the single stud. Recommendations were made to reduce the length of the top cantilever and height of one layer to improve the stability of supporting frame in the engineering practice.
