摘要
本文采用硫酸铝、甲基丙烯酸、三乙醇胺及水在45℃合成一种新型的无碱速凝剂,该速凝剂7%掺量能使P.O 42.5海螺水泥2min40s初凝,4min27s终凝。研究发现,合成该无碱速凝剂的原材料用量配比为,硫酸铝:甲基丙烯酸:三乙醇胺:水=40:4:6:50。并用该样品与市场上无碱速凝剂进行了相关的凝结时间,28d强度比的性能测试。实验表明,该样品具有速凝效果好、28d抗压强度比高、成本低等优点。
A new type of alkali-free accelerator was synthesized by reaction of aluminium sulfate, methacrylic acid, water with triethanolamine at 45 centigrade. Using 7% of the alkali-free accelerator dosage, conch cement(P.O42.5) coagulated initially in 2min40s, finally in 4min27s.The results showed that the performance of alkali-free accelerator was best when aluminium sulfate: methacrylic acid: ftriethanolamine: water=40:4:6:50.The developed samples were used to carry out related mortar test experiments, such as congulating time and 28d compressive strength ratio. Also, it has good accelerating effect, high 28d compressive strength ratio and low cost.
