摘要
目的探讨在消化内镜清洗消毒过程中运用质量管理的效果。方法选取本院内科2014年10月至2015年10月采用传统方法清洗消毒的421条次消化内镜作为对照组,2015年11月至2016年11月采用质量管理流程进行清洗消毒的421条次消化内镜作为观察组。两组分别抽取243例内镜使用患者对内镜清洗消毒效果进行对比分析。结果观察组的清洁质量合格率、消毒质量合格率、细菌学检测合格率及内镜清洗相关指标均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在消化内镜清洗消毒过程中实施质量管理可显著提高内镜清洗消毒的合格率,减少医源性感染的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of using quality management in digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection. Method Total of 842 gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the time of day. There were 421 control group, which implemented the traditional cleaning and disinfection process. There were 421 observation group with quality management cleaning and disinfection process. Two groups of 243 patients were taken endoscopic endoscopic cleaning and disinfection of patients were compared. Result In the observation group, the compliance rate of cleaning quality, the compliance rate of disinfection quality, the pass rate of bacteriological examination and the index of endoscopic cleaning were all significantly better than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality management in the process of digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection can significantly improve the qualified rate of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection and reduce the occurrence of iatrogenic infection in patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
