基于分离式滚筒的硬币清分机设计与制作

摘要 针对硬币难清分计数的特点,设计了一种新型的硬币清分机,硬币通过漏斗到达滚筒式容器,滚筒在旋转的过程中,将堆叠的硬币逐渐投放至与硬币直径大小相对应的多级网孔筛板中,随着滚筒的旋转,硬币经过筛板的分币孔落入到悬挂式集币筒进行收集,并由安装在筛板测量的光电传感器进行相应币种的计数,整个过程速度快、效率高。 To solve the difficulties of counting coins, this paper designs a new type of coin sorting machine. The coin reaches the drum container through the hopper. During the rotation of the drum, the stacked coins are gradually dispensed into the multi-level mesh sieve plate corresponding to the diameter of the coin. As the drum rotates, the coins fall through the holes of the sieve into the hanging coin collecting cylinder and are collected by photoelectric sensors mounted on the sieve. The whole process is fast and efficient.
