摘要
上海市成人教育协会院校委员会,自2008年启动"上海普通高等学校成人高等教育学分银行研究与实践"课题以来,学分转换工作取得了一定成效。但调研发现,摸索中发展的学分银行建设正面临着各种发展瓶颈,从提高认识、制度构建、学分银行联盟建设、标准体系建设等方面展开的学分转换工作,无论在理论上还是实践中都显得尤为重要,探索一条适合本土学分银行的发展之路已势在必行。
Since 2008, the Committee of Shanghai adult education association started the research and practice of the Credit Bank of adult higher education in Shanghai. The credit conversion has achieved some success. However, the research found that the development of credit bank construction is facing various development bottlencks. Improving understanding, constructing system, building credit banking union, constructing standard system, etc are especially important in theory and practice of credit transfer. It is imperative to explore a development path suitable for local credit Banks.
