摘要
为解决荷-网-源协调消纳可再生能源模式下,多时间尺度不同协调消纳模式中,消纳增量计算基准线制定问题,在对需求响应基准线理论与应用情况深入分析的基础上,提出基准线与考核线并用的消纳增量计算描述方式,并进一步总结提出基准线与考核线制定方法类别。从电解铝、铁合金、蓄热电锅炉、分布式空调等四类典型负荷的历史与消纳联动试验数据出发,对不同基准线划定方法的准确度进行对比分析,得出不同情况下基准线及考核线制定选取方法,为可再生能源消纳过程中消纳增量计算提供参考。
To solve the problem of datum line establishment for multiple time scale renewable energy consumption with load-grid-generation coordination,based on the oretical analysis and application situation of datum line establishment,a method of calculation description for datum line and the check line is proposed. Further,the formulating method of datum line and the check line is proposed. This paper analyzes datum line with two-month history and one-day real test data of four typical load( the electrolytic aluminum,ferroalloy,heat storage boilers,and distributed air conditioning). The selection method of the datum line and check line under different circumstances is summarized at last.
