摘要 为了研究MVR(机械式蒸汽再压缩技术)在多效蒸发脱水工序中的节能特性,采用Aspen Plus模拟软件,并利用有效能分析法对多效蒸发不同效数、MVR不同加入位置进行分析,确定和优化节能流程。结果表明:多效蒸发的效数越多,有效能效率越高,节能效果越好,其中六效蒸发有效能效率最高,达到0.568。在多效蒸发中引入MVR,可以提高有效能效率,MVR在多效蒸发中的加入位置越靠前,节能效果越好,其中二效顶回二效底有效能效率最高,可达到0.626。研究结果对已有装置的改造、新装置的设计具有一定的理论指导和实际应用价值。 In order to study the energy-saving features of MVR( mechanical vapor compression technique) in multi-effect evaporation dehydration process,Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the influences of different multiple-effect evaporation stage number and different MVR position on the exergy efficiency. The calculated results show that the more stages of multiple-effect evaporation used,the higher exergy efficiency and the better energy saving effect are. The highest exergy efficiency is 0. 568 for the six-stage evaporation. The installation sit of MVR has influence on the exergy efficiency. The sit of MVR with highest efficiency 0. 626 is recompressing the top steam of the second tower and returning it back as the bottom heating agent of the same tower. And the results may be a theoretical guidance and valuable practice for the modification of the existing equipment and the design of a new plant.
