摘要
中医药治疗作为一种治疗恶性骨肿瘤的有效手段,其在降低化学治疗副作用、辅助患者后期调养以及延长患者生存时间等方面拥有良好的效果。然而,在骨肿瘤的演变及病因机理方面,中医药治疗的临床案例报道较少,具体机制尚不明确。因此,该文通过查阅现代文献中记载中医药在临床应用中的显效案例,对骨肿瘤的病因、病机、中医药治疗及实验研究等方面进行综述,以期为临床治疗骨肿瘤提供参考依据。
As an effective treatment for malignant bone tumors,traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in reducing the side effects of chemotherapy,helping patients to recuperate in the later stage and prolonging the survival time of patients. However,there are few clinical reports on the evolution and etiology of bone tumors,and the specific mechanism is still unclear. Therefore,this paper through reviewing modern literature records of Chinese medicine in the clinical application of effective cases of bone tumor,etiology,pathogenesis,TCM treatment and experimental research were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of bone tumors.
