摘要 为研究不同预处理对杉木种子萌发的影响,寻求合理的杉木种子预处理方法,以杉木种子为研究对象,设置不同浓度的KMnO_4、NH_4Cl、H_2O_2溶液,对杉木种子进行不同时间的浸种处理,分析其对杉木种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数的影响。结果表明:合理的浓度和浸种时间有利于提高杉木种子质量,促进种子萌发。KMnO_4和NH_4Cl溶液在系列浓度和浸种时间处理下皆能不同程度的促进杉木种子萌发,在低浓度(0.1%、2%)处理下,各发芽指标随浸种时间增加而上升,且分别在0.1%浓度浸种3 h和2%浓度浸种0.75 h处理下达到最大值;随着H_2O_2溶液处理浓度的增加,杉木种子各发芽指标呈现出先上升后下降的规律,具有显著的浓度效应,且在5%浓度浸种3 h时达到峰值。据此认为,适当浓度的KMnO_4、NH_4Cl、H_2O_2溶液浸种一定时间均可促进杉木种子萌发,达到齐苗、壮苗的目的。 The aim of this study was to explore the effects of different treatments on seed germination of Cunninghamia lanceolata and seeking a reasonable pretreatment method of Cunninghamia lanceolata seed. The seeds of Cunninghamia lanceolata were selected as the research object, and the effects of different concentrations of solution(KMnO4, NH4Cl, H2O2) and soaking time on germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index of Cunninghamia lanceolata seeds were studied. The results showed that the reasonable concentration and soaking time were helpful to improve the quality of Cunninghamia lanceolata seeds and promote seed germination. KMnO4 and NH4Cl solution could promote the germination of Cunninghamia lanceolata seeds in different concentrations and soaking time. Under the low concentration(0.1%, 2%) treatment, the germination indexes increased with the soaking time, and reached the maximum at 0.1% concentration of seed soaking for 3 h and 2% concentration of seed soaking for 0.75 h; With the increase of the concentration of H2 O2 solution, the germination index of Cunninghamia lanceolata seeds showed a law of increasing first and then decreasing, which had a significant concentration effect, and reached the peak at 5% concentration of seed soaking for 3 h. To summarise, the reasonable concentration of KMn O4, NH4 Cl, H2 O2 solution with a certain period of soaking time can not only promote the germination of Cunninghamia lanceolata seeds but also promote the seedling tidy and strong.
