摘要
在已有研究的基础上,构建农业产业与旅游产业的产业水平评价指标,利用熵权法确定各项指标的权重,最后基于耦合模型,对湖南省14个地级市2012-2017年的农业产业和旅游产业的数据进行融合协调度测算,以评价旅游业与农业产业融合发展水平。结果表明,近6年来,农业产业和旅游产业的发展水平均逐步提升,多数地级市的旅游产业发展水平稍好于农业产业,其中长沙农业和旅游业发展状况均属最优;两者融合度亦在稳步上升;而融合等级却仍然较低,且存在地域不平衡现象。并据此提出如下建议:持续提升产业综合发展能力;以旅带农,促进旅游业向农业主动融合;着重完善硬件设施和增强软实力;优化地市间的产业发展思路,促进区域协同发展。
Based on existing researches, this paper aims to construct the industrial level evaluation index of agriculture and tourism industries to assess the integration development level of both industries. The coordination degree of both industries is calculated on the basis of coupling model by using the entropy method in 14 prefecturelevel cities of Hunan Province from 2012 to 2017. The results show that the development level of agriculture and tourism industries has been gradually improved in the past six years. Besides, the development of tourism industry in most cities is lightly better than that of agriculture industry. Among 14 cities, Changsha city plays the leading role in the development of both industries; the integration degree of both industries is steadily increasing, while the coordination level still remains relatively low. Meanwhile, regional imbalances exist in Hunan province. Therefore, the following suggestions are proposed to improve the present statuses： continuously enhancing the comprehensive development capability of these two industries; driving the development of agriculture through actively integrating tourism into agriculture; Improving hardware facilities and enhancing soft power; Optimizing the idea of industrial development among prefecture-level cities and promoting the regional coordinated development.
