摘要
当代新农村建设是推进中国走向世界的一项重要举措。二十世纪二三十年代,由陶行知、黄炎培、晏阳初等人发起的农村教育改革是一次可贵的探索。为改变当时中国的命运,受到西方先进思想洗礼的教育家黄炎培投身农村,致力于从教育入手解决农村建设问题,提出"富-政-教"合一的策略、采取"划区施教"的模式改进农村教育、结合农村实际情况对农民进行教化。他的思想不仅在当时发挥着重要的作用,而且对如今新农村的建设也有一定启发。
As a large agricultural country,the construction of a contemporary new countryside is an important measure for advancing China into the world.The rural education improvement initiated by Tao Xingzhi,Huang Yanpei,and Yan Yangchu in the 1920 sand 1930 swas a valuable exploration.In order to change China＇s fate at the time,Mr.Huang Yanpei,an educator who was baptized by Western advanced thoughts,devoted himself to solving problems of rural construction from the education direction,put forward the strategy of＂rich-politics-teaching＂,and adopted the＂district education＂ The model improves rural education,and it must be adapted to the peasants＇ psychology.His thinking not only had a very important role at that time,but also had many valuable help for the construction of our country＇s new countryside：strengthening the music industry,developing a modern economy,setting up a rural training center,complying with the peasants＇ psychology,and nurturing farmers in a new era.
