摘要
贫困的表现形式和致因都很复杂,我国民族地区教育扶贫中高等教育、职业教育和基础教育各自的扶贫政策与手段较为单一,没有建立起人在教育与扶贫中的连接点,表现为扶贫的路径、手段不清晰。贵州连片贫困地区的教育、经济发展不平衡,与全国平均水平存在差距。但贵州的大数据、高速铁路等发展却领先于诸多省(区),为脱贫攻坚带来了契机。通过田野调查和GIS分析,本文试图建立以教育发展为先导的教育脱贫模式,与贵州大数据和互联网发展相结合,梳理出高校"校农合作"的专业与产业协同、高职院校"产-教-研"人才闭合,以及基础教育自信提升等教育脱贫路径。
At present,the manifestations and causes of poverty are very complex,the policy and means of poverty alleviation through higher,vocational and elementary education are relatively unitary and personal connections between education and poverty alleviation have not been established. Because of imbalanced development of education and economy,poverty areas in Guizhou are falling behind the national average level. However,Guizhou is ahead of many provinces( districts) in the development of big data and high speed railway,which brings opportunities for poverty alleviation. Through field-work and GIS analysis,this research is intended to establish a mode of poverty alleviation by taking the development of education as the guide and combining with the development of big data and Internet. It is found that the best way of poverty alleviation through education is to promote the cooperation between agricultural universities and agricultural enterprises in higher education,construct a producing-teaching-researching platform of talent training in vocational education and enhance self-confidence in elementary education.
