摘要党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕高等教育发展、高校思想政治工作和高校教师队伍建设,发表了一系列重要讲话,成为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义教育思想和德育思想的重要组成部分,阐释和解答了新时代高校教师思想政治工作中的一系列重大理论与实践问题,对新时代高校教师思想政治工作的总定位、总任务和总要求等赋予了新的时代内涵,深化了对高等教育发展规律、思想政治工作规律和教师队伍建设发展规律的认识。科学把握新时代高校教师思想政治工作的特征,坚持管、学、导、育并举的优化路径,是新时代建设高素质教师队伍和培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的重要任务。 Since the 18th National Congres s of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important speeches about the development of higher education, ideological and political work in China＇s universities and colleges, and the construction of university teachers. These have become impor tant parts of Xi Jinping＇s socialist education ideas and moral education thoughts with Chinese characterist ics and also explained and answered a series of major theoretical and practical issues in the ideological and political work of college teachers in the new era. These speeches also give new connotations to the overall or ientation, general tasks, and general requi rements of the ideological and political work of university teachers in the new era, and have deepened the understanding of the law of education development, ideological and political work, and teacher development.To grasp the characteristics of the ideological and political work of university teachers in the new era, and to adhere to the optimal path of management, learning, guidance and education is an important task for the new era to build high quality teachers and to train new people who are responsible for the national rejuvenation.
