摘要
针对自制的可溶性L型包装薄膜(以下简称L膜)与在用的J-0010可溶性包装薄膜(以下简称J-0010膜)进行了一系列油溶对比实验。结果表明,不同用量的L膜的溶油时间与J-0010膜相当;膜用量较高时,在实验温度(-20~20℃)下,J-0010膜的析出现象较严重;当膜的质量分数为0.25%~1.0%时,L膜溶液的浊度均小于J-0010膜,L膜溶液的黏度均高于J-0010膜;基础油中加入不同用量的J-0010膜及L膜时,倾点均明显降低;作为黏度指数改进剂时,L膜的稠化能力高于J-0010膜,剪切安定性(SSI)值也明显高于J-0010膜。
A series of oil soluble tests were conducted on the homemade soluble I. packaging film (hereinafter referred to it as L film) and J 0010 soluble packaging film (hereinafter referred to it as the J 0010 film).The results showed that the dissolving times of different dosages of L film in the base oil are comparable to J 0010 film. In higher film dosage, under the test temperature 20%20 ℃, the dialysis of J 0010 film is more severe than the I. film. When the dosage of the film was respectively 0.25%,0.5% and 1.0%,the turbidity of the I. film solution was less than the J 0010 film. When the dosage of the film was 0.05% ,the turbidities of two kinds of film solution were basically the same.Un der the same film dosage,the viscosity of L film solution was higher than J 0010 film solution. But when the film dosage was 0.05% ,the viscosities of two kinds of film solution were quite close.Adding different dosages of J 0010 film and I. film on base oil,the tipping point was obviously reduced.As vis cosity index improvers,although the thickened ability of I. film is a little higher than J 0010 film,the SSI value of L film is significantly higher than the J 0010 film.
