摘要
目前,大多数的起重机安全评价方法都是设计权重系数,通过各种加权平均构造评价函数,这些起重机安全评价方案既不能突出起重机评价指标中关键项的一票否决性,也不能体现所有关键项所组成的串联系统中某个关键项出现"失效",则整个系统将"失效"的思想。在未确知测度理论的基础上,既考虑了未确知测度理论评价方法中的加权平均,也考虑了关键项的一票否决性,评价结果更接近实际情况。
Based on the uncertainty measurement theory in combination with the idea of the "series",the paper intends to build up a safety assessment model of the overhead traveling crane in service. For this purpose,we have first of all managed to quantify the unquantifiable information and data of the bridge crane via the uncertainty measurement theory. And,then,it can be expected to build up the evaluation functions by using the weighted average and the idea of "series"of the uncertainty measurement so as to obtain the comprehensive evaluation vectors and eventually confirm the safety evaluation results of the bridge crane according to the minimum cost criteria. Therefore,in items of the safety evaluation system for such traveling crane,all the key indicative factors should be taken into a "series"system. And,in turn,if some key indicative factors come to failure in the said "series",the entire system wouldn't be able to act functionally at all. Taking the statistic data of 6 typical overhead traveling cranes for example,it is possible for us to build up the following conclusion: the safety evaluation model of the said crane should consist of all the key items in existence,that is,not only inheriting the advantages of the existing idea of the weighted average,but also highlighting all the key indicative factors in the series of the crane safety evaluation system. Therefore,when calculating the comprehensive evaluation vectors by using the weighted average of the uncertainty measurement theory,more evaluation indicators should be able to make the weight of each index less in the entire system,unless the key indicators would be taken as "drowned". Nevertheless,the safety evaluation of the overhead traveling crane in view of all its key items may highlight a vote-down of the key indicators,thus,the key indicators won't be"drowned"even with the items increase. Therefore,in this paper,we not only take into account the weight averaged of the unascertained measurement theory,but also the vote-down of the key items,which make the evaluation results even closer to the actual situation.
