摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是目前研究的重点与难点,目前研究发现中医治疗本病存在优势,其中痛泻要方是在治疗本病时应用最广的一个方剂。大量临床、基础研究发现其治疗本病疗效确切,值得临床推广及应用。而当前对于溃疡性结肠炎的治疗主要采取的是中西医结合治疗,中医方剂治疗,中医方剂联合治疗,中医灌肠治疗等方式。文章从痛泻要方联合西药治疗,联合中医方剂治疗,单方治疗,联合灌肠治疗等方面,综述其当前的研究进展,希望对本方治疗本病有一个全新的认识。
Tongxie Yaofang Decoction is the key and difficulty in the treatment of UC at present. TCM has advantages in the treatment of UC,meanwhile,Tongxie Yaofang Decoction is widely used in clinic. A large number of clinical and basic researches have found that the curative effect of this prescription is definite,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. The UC treatment methods include the combination of TCM and western medicine treatment,the TCM therapy,the combined prescriptions treatment and the Chinese medicine enema therapy. This paper summarized Tongxie Yaofang Decoction combined with the western medicine treatment,the pure prescription therapy and the TCM enema therapy,hoping to offer a new understanding of UC treatment by this prescription.
