摘要 数控机床的运行过程是一个人-机-环的复杂系统,实际运行过程中机床可靠性受众多因素影响。提出一种按致因因素分类的故障划分方法,采集来自于企业的实际故障数据进行统计分析,采用改进FMECA(Failure Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis)方法,给出基于维修成本的危害度。通过计算不同故障对机床可靠性的影响大小,确定使用过程中对机床可靠性影响最大的因素,通过针对性的改进方法提升机床的运行可靠性。 The operation process of CNC machine tool is a complex system affected by personnel,machinery and environment,so the reliability of machine tool parts is affected by many factors in the process of operation. In this paper,a fault classification method based on cause factors is proposed,and the actual fault data from enterprises are collected for statistical analysis. The improved FMECA( Failure Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis) method is used to give the criticality based on the maintenance cost. By calculating the influence of different faults on the reliability of machine tools,the factors affecting the reliability of machine tools in the running process are determined,and the reliability of machine tools is improved through the targeted improvement method.
