摘要
目的探讨中医综合护理对中风患者功能预后的影响。方法收集2016年4月—2017年4月我科室收治的86例中风患者,将以上患者随机分为2组,43例研究组患者接受中医综合护理,包括情志护理、穴位按摩、言语和肢体功能训练;43例对照组患者接受常规护理。治疗1个月后比较2组患者神经功能缺损、临床治疗效果及并发症情况。结果 2组患者在治疗期间均未见明显不良反应,治疗1个月后,研究组和对照组的神经功能缺损评分分别是(10.95±6.35)和(14.26±8.23),两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),研究组的疗效好于对照组;在临床疗效方面,研究组治愈14例,好转23例,无效6例,总有效率86.05%;对照组治愈10例,好转19例,无效14例,有效率67.44%,研究组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理可以加快中风患者康复、显著改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing on functional prognosis of stroke patients.Method 86 cases of stroke patients were collected in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups. 43 cases of patients in the study group received TCM comprehensive nursing care,including emotional nursing,acupoint massage,speech and limb function training. 43 patients in the control group received routine nursing care. After one month of treatment,the neurological deficit,clinical therapeutic effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Result Two groups of patients during treatment had no obvious adverse reaction. After one month of treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the study group and the control group were（ 10. 95 ± 6. 35） and（ 14. 26 ± 8. 23） respectively,and there was significant difference between them（ P〈0. 05）. The effect of the study group was better than that of the control group. In terms of clinical efficacy,14 cases were cured,23 cases improved,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86. 05% in the study group. In the control group,10 cases were cured,19 cases improved,14 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 67. 44%. The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing can accelerate the rehabilitation of stroke patients and significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
