摘要
我国加入WTO后,对农民的素质要求更高了,面对这一新的形势,农村成人教育必须加快发展步伐,采取有效措施,以适应新形式的需要。
After China' s entry of the WTO, higher demands for the peasant' s quality are incurred, and faced with the new trend , rural adult education must to quicken its pace and some effective arrangements must be made to parallel the need of the new trend.
