饮水型酸化剂对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Acidifier Supplementation by Drinking Water on Performance,Egg Quality and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Layers

摘要 本试验旨在研究饮水型酸化剂对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。试验选用36周龄的海兰褐商品蛋鸡240只,随机分为2个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复15只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮的同时在饮水中添加0.1%的有机酸。试验期为12周。结果表明,饮水中添加0.1%的有机酸显著降低了蛋鸡的死亡率和鸡蛋的蛋白比例(P<0.05),提高了鸡蛋的蛋黄比例(P<0.05),且具有增加蛋鸡血清白蛋白含量的趋势(0.05≤P<0.10),但对蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均日采食量和料蛋比,鸡蛋的蛋形指数、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋壳比例和蛋壳强度以及蛋鸡血清的总蛋白、尿素氮和尿酸含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,饮水中添加0.1%的有机酸可以降低蛋鸡的死亡率并促进鸡蛋的蛋黄沉积。 To investigate the effects of acidifier supplementation by drinking water on performance, egg quality and serum biochemical parameters of laying hens. 240 Hyline brown laying hens at 36 weeks of age were randomly allocated into 2 groups with 8 replicates of 15 laying hens per replicate. Laying hens in the control group were fed a basal diet,and birds in the test group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1% organic acids by drinking water. The experiment lasted for 12 weeks. The laying hens in the 0.1% organic acids-supplemented group showed lower mortality and percentage of egg albumen(P〈0.05) but higher percentage of egg yolk in the eggs(P〈0.05). In addition, supplementation with organic acids tended to enhance the serum albumin content(0.05≤ P〈0.10). However, the laying rate, average feed intake and the ratio of feed to egg of laying hens, the egg shape index, albumen height, Haugh unit, percentage of eggshell and eggshell strength of eggs, and the content of total protein, urea nitrogen and uric acid in the serum were not significantly affected by the addition of organic acids(P〈0.05). In conclusion, drinking water supplementation with 0.1% organic acids could decrease the mortality and improve the egg yolk deposition of laying hens.
