摘要
单独招生模式的扩大和大批近2000年出生的高职新生的入学,使得教育形势发生了巨大的变化。在此新学情形势下,高职院校须以教育对象的学习综合能力、特点为依据,利用分层培养、激发内驱力、多维提升意志力等方法,提升高职学生的学习综合能力与竞争力,适应人才培养的新需要。
The expansion of independent enrollment and the admission of a large number of freshmen born around the year 2000,have made a huge difference in the new learning situation. By taking students＇ comprehensive learning competence and characteristics as the basis, and applying the methods of stratified training, stimulation of internal drive and enhancement of multi-dimensional willpower, higher vocational colleges manage to improve the comprehensive learning competence and competitiveness of higher vocational students to meet the new needs of talent cultivation.
