摘要
系统性红斑狼疮是一种多发于青年女性的累及多脏器的自身免疫性疾病。中医药对本病的治疗具有一定特色,形成了一定的中医理论。本文主要从中医学中有关系统性红斑狼疮的病名、近年来对其病因病机、辨证分型与实验室检查的相关性,辨证分型论治方面的研究进行综述,以期进一步指导临床应用。
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus（SLE） is an autoimmune diseases involved multi-organs, which used to appear mostly in females. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has certain characteristics and has established certain theory on the treatment of this disease. The article mainly discussed the SLE, etiology and pathogenesis, the correlation between TCM syndrome classification and laboratory examination, and treatment based on TCM syndrome classification in recent years, in order to guide the clinical medicine.
