摘要
本试验旨在研究日粮添加不同水平的大蒜粉对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响。选取45周龄体重相近的海兰褐蛋鸡1 600只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复80只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,其他3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加1.0%、3.0%及5.0%剂量的大蒜粉,预饲期5 d,正试期30 d,每10天为1个阶段,分3个阶段。结果表明:各试验组的产蛋率、平均日采食量和平均蛋重显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),其中试验Ⅲ组产蛋性能效果最好。结果提示,在日粮中添加大蒜粉可以提高蛋鸡的产蛋性能,其中以添加5%大蒜粉效果最理想。
The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effect of dietary garlic powder on production performance of laying hens. A total of 1600 Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 80 hens per replicate. The control group was fed with a basic diet. The experimental groups were fed with a basic diet supplemented different levels of garlic powder( 1. 0%,3. 0%,and 5. 0%). The experiment lasted for 35 days,with five days for pre-trial and 30 days for formal trial. The formal trial was divided into three stages( 10 days for each). The results showed that the experimental group performed better in laying rate,average daily feed intake( ADFI) and average egg weight the control group( P〈0. 05). And the experimental group Ⅲ exhibited the best performance. It could then be concluded that dietary garlic powder improved the performance of laying hens in general,with 5% garlic powder supplementation being the optimum dosage.
