摘要
目前,热力网络和电力网络在能源局域网中的耦合联系加深,共同为用户提供冷、热、电等多种不同形式的能源,但相关的协调控制技术仍不成熟。综合考虑不同能源资源之间的优缺点和互补特性,提出了一种分层分布式的协同优化控制结构。该结构以电网为核心,和热网进行协同优化、互联互通,同时借鉴了信息数据互联的思想,将能源融合为网络,并配以相应的通信手段,实现多能源协调互补和深度融合。最后,通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台对一个考虑电-热耦合特性的能源局域网进行建模仿真,验证了所提控制策略的有效性。
At present,the thermal network and electrical network in regional energy network are intensifying their coupling,and provide users with different forms of energy such as cold,heat and electricity. However,the relevant coordinated control technologies are still immature. Considering the advantages and disadvantages and their complementary characteristics of different energy sources,a hierarchical and distributed collaborative optimization control structure is proposed. The structure centers on the power grid and collaborate optimization and interconnection with thermal network,at the same time,it draws on the idea of information and data interconnection,integrates energy into network,and matches corresponding communication means to achieve multi-energy coordination,complementarity and deep integration. Finally,through PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform,a regional energy network model considering the electric-thermal coupling characteristics is bulit to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
