摘要
以硝酸铁、硝酸钴和氯化锌为前躯体,炭黑为载体通过水热法制备出结构理想的炭黑负载钴锌铁氧体纳米复合吸波材料。详细研究钴锌铁氧体与炭黑的配比对复合材料形态与结构的影响。分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对制备出的复合材料进行形貌、结构表征分析。通过动磁强计对炭黑负载钴锌铁氧体复合材料的磁滞回线进行分析,复合材料具有较高的磁饱和强度;采用波导法在2~18GHz波段对炭黑负载纳米钴锌铁氧体复合材料进行电磁参数测试,结果表明所制备炭黑负载钴锌铁氧体复合材料具有较高的电、磁损耗角正切值,其吸波性能较好。
The carbon black loaded with Co-Zn ferrite wave-absorbing nanocomposite with an ideal structure was prepared by the hydrothermal method with ZnCl2, Co(NO3)2 and Fe(NO3)3 as precursor and carbon black as carrier. The effect of ratio of carbon to Co-Zn ferrite on the morphology and structure of composite was studied in detail with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and elements X-ray diffraction (XRD) respectively. The hysteresis loop analysis by magnetometer showed that the carbon black loaded Co-Zn ferrite composite had a high magnetic saturation. Furthermore, the complex permittivity and permeability of the as-prepared carbon black loaded with Co-Zn ferrite composites were characterized in the frequency ranges of 2-18GHz by the wave-guide method with the vector network analyzer, and the results indicated that the carbon black loaded with Co-Zn ferrite composite had a higher electrical and magnetic loss tangent value and its wave-absorbing property was good.
