摘要
目的:探讨自拟消疣方湿敷联合火针对扁平疣患者外周血免疫因子水平变化及疗效影响。方法:选取2016年3月-2017年8月本院收治的扁平疣患者90例。按就诊顺序编号,采用SAS软件随机分为治疗组、对照1组及对照2组,各30例。对照1组单纯采用火针疗法治疗,对照2组采用自拟消疣洗剂湿敷治疗,治疗组给予自拟消疣方湿敷及火针联合治疗,三组均治疗4周。观察三组治疗前后外周血免疫因子水平、皮损及生活质量评分、疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组IL-2、IFN-γ水平均高于治疗前及对照1、2组,IL-10水平均低于治疗前及对照1、2组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,三组皮损、生活质量评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组均低于对照1、2组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照1、2组的73.3%、76.7%,比较差异均有统计学意义(x^2=6.405、5.192,P=0.011、0.023)。结论:自拟消疣方联合火针治疗扁平疣效果显著,能够提高扁平疣患者免疫功能,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective：To investigate self-made Xiaoyou Fang wet compress combined with fire needle on peripheral blood immune factors of patients with flat wart and curative effect.Method：A total of 90 patients with flat wart treated in our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were selected.According to the order number,the SAS software was randomly divided into treatment group,control 1 group and control 2 group,30 cases in each group.The control 1 group was treated with fire needle alone,control 2 group was treated with self-made Xiaoyou Fang wet compress,and treatment group was treated with self-made Xiaoyou Fang wet compress combined with fire needle,they were all treated for 4 weeks.The levels of immune factors,the scores of skin lesions and quality of life before and after treatment,and curative effect between three groups were compared.Result：After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in treatment group were higher than those of control 1,2 group and before treatment,the level of IL-10 was lower than those of control 1 and 2 group and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the scores of skin lesions and quality of life in three groups were all lower than those before treatment,and treatment group were lower than those of control 1 and 2 group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than 73.3% and 76.7% of control group 1 and 2 group,the differences were statistically significant（ x^2=6.405,5.192,P=0.011,0.023）.Conclusion：Self-made Xiaoyou Fang combined with fire needle is effective in treatment of verruca plana,can improve the immune function of patients with verruca plana,and is worthy of further promotion.
