摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病血糖控制与种植牙愈合联系性的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2017年10月间本院收治的种植牙2型糖尿病患者30例,将其作为此次研究的观察组,同时选取同期身体健康的人30名作为对照组,对患者进行植入种植体手术,并在术后对患者血糖水平和种植体的稳定性进行检测,并与对照组进行比较分析。结果在手术前两组人员炎性细胞计数相比差异无统计学意义;手术后,观察组患者的白细胞(6.41±2.66),淋巴细胞(1.91±0.68)和中性粒细胞计数(3.21±0.37)明显优于对照组[(10.41±2.46),(3.12±0.61),(5.91±0.87)],两组术后炎性细胞计数方面相比差异具有统计学意义(t=8.254,5.021,6.321,P<0.05)。患者术后ISQ值先下降后又回升,且呈现逐渐增强的趋势,每组之间初期的ISQ值和减少的最低值相比差异无统计学意义。在患者ISQ值最大减少值方面随着HbAlc的逐渐增强,每组的ISQ值最大减少值呈增大趋势,每组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者ISQ值恢复时期方面随着HbAlc的逐渐增强,每组的ISQ值恢复时间呈延时趋势,每组相比差异无统计学意义。结论糖尿病血糖控制与种植牙愈合之间的联系性很大,良好的血糖水平会减缓患者手术之后的创伤反应,会增强种植体的稳定性,加速骨组织的愈合。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blood glucose control and dental implants healing in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2017 to October 2017, 30 patients with dental implant type 2 diabetes were selected as the observation group and 30 healthy persons as the control group. The blood glucose level and implant stability were measured and compared with the control group. Results There was no significant difference in the number of inflammatory cells between the two groups before operation. Compared with the observation group [(6.41±2.66),(1.91±0.68),(3.21±0.37)], the number of inflammatory cells in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group [(10.41±2.46),(3.12±0.61),(5.91±0.87)](t=8.254, 5.021, 6.321, P〈0.05). And there was a significant difference between the two groups in the number of inflammatory cells in the two groups(P〈0.05), which was significantly higher than that in the control group. The ISQ value of the patients decreased first and then increased, and showed an increasing trend. There was no significant difference between the initial ISQ values of each group and the minimum value of the decrease. With the increase of HbAlc, the maximum decrease of ISQ value in each group showed an increasing trend, and the difference between each group was statistically significant(P〈0.05), and in the recovery period of ISQ value of patients, the value of ISQ increased gradually with the increase of HbAlc. The recovery time of ISQ in each group showed a delayed trend, and there was no significant difference between each group. Conclusion There is a strong correlation between diabetic blood glucose control and dental implants healing. Good blood glucose level can slow down the traumatic response of the patients after operation, enhance the stability of implants, and accelerate the healing of bone tissue.
