摘要
采用三重四级杆气质联用仪、建立了白酒中的土臭素与2-甲基异冰片的检测方法。白酒稀释后采用固相微萃取进行富集;经CP-WAX毛细管柱分离后进行质谱分析,采用选择性离子检测模式,以子离子丰度比定性,内标法定量。土臭素与2-甲基异冰片在0.10μg/L^4.00μg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(相关系数均大于0.99)。白酒中土臭素与2-甲基异冰片的3个添加水平的回收率在90.9%~114.4%,重复性的相对标准偏差(RSD)在4.7%~8.4%之间。该方法准确可靠,适用于白酒中土臭素与2-甲基异冰片的定性定量分析。
Using GC/MS triple quad to establish the rapid method of detection of Geosmin and 2-Methylisoborneol in liquor. After dilute the liquor, which is enriched by Solid phase microextraction After separation by DB-WAX capillary column for mass spectrometry, using selective ion detection mode which can identify the ratio of ion abundance to determine its chemical formula and quantitative by internal standard method respectively. Within mass concentration of 0.10μg/L to 4.00μg/L, the Geosmin and 2-Methylisoborneol have good linear relationship(correlation coefficient were greater than 0.99). With three addition levels of Geosmin and 2-Methylisoborneol in liquor, the recovery rate of Geosmin and 2-Methylisoborneol varies from 90.9% to 114.4% and its repeatability relative standard deviation(RSD) is between 4.7% and 8.4%. The method is accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Geosmin and 2-Methylisoborneol residues in liquor.
