摘要
利用超声波辅助提取薄荷中的黄酮,并以黄酮得率为考察指标,通过单因素和正交试验,探讨了料液比、乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声功率对薄荷黄酮得率的影响。结果表明,超声波辅助提取薄荷黄酮的最佳条件为:料液比1:50,乙醇浓度60%,超声时间5min,超声功率200W。在此工艺条件下,薄荷黄酮得率最高,为2.17%。
Mentha haplocalyx was used to extract flavonoids by using ultrasonic.The effects of solidliquid ratio,concentration of ethanol,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on the extraction yield of flavonoids were studied,and the optimum extraction parameters were confirmed through the single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimum solid-liquid ratio was 1:50,ethanol concentration was 60%,ultrasonic time was 5 min,and ultrasonic power 200 W.Under this optimum condition,the maximum extraction yield of flavonoids was 2.17%.
