摘要
临床上骨骼损伤最终导致骨延迟愈合和骨不连者,比例多达5%~10%。骨折愈合是指骨折、截骨、关节融合和骨移植术后的自然骨连接的过程,其最终结局是损伤的骨组织恢复正常的结构及生物力学功能,涉及到多种细胞的增殖、分化和细胞外基质的合成与钙化等。如何促进骨折愈合也一直是骨科领域的研究热点。越来越多的研究证实,间充质干细胞在骨折愈合中发挥着重要作用。同时,对于间充质干细胞的相关研究也成为热点。故对骨折愈合的机制及其影响因素和相关研究进展进行综述,进一步围绕间充质干细胞在骨折愈合中的作用来阐释骨折愈合的机制,为揭示骨折愈合的机制提供研究参考。
Clinically bone injury results in bone delayed union and nonunion for the sufferer as many as 5% to 10%. The healing of fracture reffers to the connecting process of fracture,including bone fracture,amputation,joint fusion and natural bone connection after transplantation,finally bone tissue recovering its normal structural and biochemical function which involves a variety of cell's proliferation,differentiation as well the symthesis and calcification of extracellular matrix. How to promote healing has also been a hot research topic on the field of orthopaedics. A growing number of studies confirm that mesenchymal stem cells play an important role in healing,at the same time,the related research of mesenchymal stem cells has become a hot spot. This paper reviewes the research progress of healing from the mechanism of healing and its related influencing factors,furthermore,based on the role of ectomesenchymal stem cells in bone healing interprets the mechanism of healing,so as to provide a reference for revealing the mechanism of healing.
