摘要
采用田间试验方法,以微生物菌剂为研究对象,设置4个处理:对照(T_1,CK)、蘸根处理(T_2)、蘸根处理+团棵期喷施(T_3)、蘸根处理+团课期喷施+旺长期喷施(T_4),研究了微生物菌剂对烤烟生长发育、光合特性及产质量的影响,结果表明:与T_1相比,T_3、T_4处理显著提高了烟株株高、茎围、叶片数和最大叶片值;增加了叶片光合色素的含量,改善了叶片光合性能;降低了烤后烟叶中烟碱和氯离子含量,提高了钾离子含量;提高了烟叶的产量、产值和中上等烟比例,显著增加了烟农的经济效益。
The effects of microbial agent on the growth,development,photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied through field experiments by setting up the following 4 treatments: the control( T1,CK),dipping roots( T2),dipping roots+ spraying at resettling stage( T3),dipping roots+ spraying at resettling stage+ spraying at vigorous growth stage( T4). The results showed that: as compared with the control T1,the treatments T3 and T4 could significantly improve the plant height,stem circumference,leaf number and maximum blade value of tobacco plants; could increase the content of photosynthetic pigments in leaves,and improve their photosynthetic performance; could reduce the contents of nicotine and chloride ion in the cured tobacco leaves,and increase their potassium ion content; could enhance the yield and output value of tobacco leaves,as well as the proportion of medium and first-class tobacco leaves,and significantly increase the economic benefits of tobacco-planting farmers.
