摘要
物流服务创新首先是通过分析物流类供给侧方面的文献和物流服务创新方面的文献;其次分析影响物流服务创新的主要因素;再次对物流服务和物流服务创新进行需求分析,最后提出了物流服务创新的路径模式,即"六星图"系统模式。该模式指明了物流服务创新需从六个方面进行,即从新的服务概念、新的技术运用、物流业内企业间协调创新、新客户服务界面、集成化的供应链服务创新及新的服务传递系统六个维度进行创新。
At present,there are many contradictions in the supply side structure of the logistics industry.To solve these contradictions,the logistics enterprises need to carry out service innovation. First,it analyzes the factors that affect the innovation of logistics service,analyzes the demand of logistics service and logistics service innovation again,and finally puts forward logistics service innovation path model,that is,"six star map"system model,the model indicates that the logistics service innovation starts from six aspects,including the new service concept,the use of new technology,logistics industry,coordination and innovation between new customers service interface,integrated supply chain service innovation and new service delivery system to innovate six dimensions.
