摘要 固定式海洋平台上的吊机承受往复荷载,吊机底座相关结构在设计时需要考虑疲劳问题。基于ANSYS软件,建立吊机底座加强筋板的数值模型,依据API-2C规范计算吊机荷载,通过数值分析计算筋板结构的热点应力,并依据DNV-RP-C203规范对筋板结构进行疲劳校核,建立一套吊机底座加强筋板疲劳损伤的计算方法。对关键参数进行敏感性分析,分析不同参数的变化对疲劳应力的影响,可为吊机底座筋板结构设计提供参考。 The crane in the fixed offshore platform suffers cyclic loading, and the fatigue problems of the crane pedestal relevant structure shall be considered during the structure de- sign. Based on ANSYS software, a numerical model of the crane pedestal structure is estab- lished. According to API-2C the crane load is calculated, the hot stress of the stiffener plate is calculated by numerical analysis, and fatigue code check is carried out for the stiffener based on DNV-RP-C203. A calculated method used for evaluating the fatigue damage of crane pedes- tal strengthened stiffener is established. Sensitivity analysis of some key perimeters is per- formed. The influence of fatigue hot stress due to the change of every perimeter value is ana- lyzed, which provides reference for the structure design of stiffener plate.
