摘要 结合哈尔滨市公铁两用立交桥市政段最大宽度为55. 16 m的2×45 m变宽桥梁设计实例,探讨城市超宽异形梁的设计方法。为保证城市桥梁的美观环保、经济合理,对桥梁方案进行了比选;为保证桥梁施工质量和工期,对其工艺进行了详细的研究。介绍了基于板壳有限单元法的超宽异形钢箱梁结构的计算分析,并按照新的钢桥设计规范,给出了主要计算结果。结果表明,在最不利荷载组合下结构的正应力、剪应力、主应力均能满足要求,且留有合理的安全冗余。 Based on an example of widened bridge with a maximum width of 55.16 m and a span of 2 × 45 m in Harbin City in China,a design method of special shaped beams in city with super width is discussed in this paper. For the purpose of beauty, environmental protection, economy and rationality, the bridge schemes are compared and selected. In order to ensure the quality and speed of bridge construction, detailed rules for construction technology are made. Structural calculation and analysis method of the special-shaped steel box girder is introduced in the paper. According to the new specifications for design of highway steel bridge,the main calculating results is also presented. It turns out that the normal stress, shear stress and main stress could meet the requirements and also leave some reasonable safety redundancy under the most adverse load combination.
