摘要 以CRTSⅢ型轨道板混凝土配合比为基础,研究了蒸养条件下聚羧酸系高性能减水剂、粉煤灰和矿粉等普通掺合料及专用掺合料对轨道板混凝土工作性能及力学性能的影响,得到利用早强型减水剂及普通掺合料替代早强型专用掺合料的混凝土最优配合比,并对此配合比混凝土的耐久性和经济性进行了评价。表明采用早强型与减水母液、缓释母液、降粘母液及功能助剂复配可满足轨道板混凝土工作性能要求,采用普通掺合料占胶凝材料比例为20%,粉煤灰与矿粉的质量比为4∶6替代10%的专用掺合料时,可达到CRTSⅢ型轨道板混凝土的设计要求,并具有优异的耐久性能和经济性。 Based on the ratio of CRTSⅢ orbital slab concrete, the workability and strength of concrete with orbital slab for common admixture and special admixture of polycarboxylate superplasticizer,fly ash and mineral powder under steam curing condition were studied. Used ordinary admixtures instead of early strong concrete admixture of the optimal mix of concrete,and with the ratio of concrete durability and economy were evaluated. The results show that the workability of track slab concrete can be satisfied by using early-strength and water-reducing mother liquor, slow release mother liquor, visbreaking mother liquor and functional additive compound. The proportion of common admixture to cementations material is 20%, mass ratio of fly ash and slag powder is replacing 10% of the special admixtures with 4:6 meets the design requirements of CRTSm track slab concrete with outstanding durability and economy.
