摘要
分布式能源亦简称DG,DG并网作为新型的配电网新构造,除了极大地提升能源利用率外,还造成电网继电保护等配套的一系列问题。过去沿用的传统配网是以单电源为主线路单向潮流的辐射型网络,反之分布式电源并网导致配网系统潮流反向,多少会对配电网系统造成影响,其主要表现为:电网规划和负荷检测的问题,电力市场的经济问题及其控制保护的问题,电能质量问题等。本课题就中压配电网继电保护模型的基础上,利用DG并网对配电网的继电保护影响下进行研究和分析,得出相应的解决措施。譬如引进故障限流仪器用以减少因DG并网所致的继电保护影响。同时布设分布式电源侧设计用以解决故障点的电弧重燃、非同期重合闸,迎合重合闸的基本要求。
Distributed energy is also referred to as DG,DG grid connected as a new type of distribution network structure,in addition to greatly improve the energy utilization rate,but also cause a series of problems such as power grid relay protection.The past is to continue to use the traditional distribution network single supply main line unidirectional flow radiation type network,and distributed power grid distribution system leads to reverse the trend,how much will affect the distribution network system,its main performance is: the power grid planning and load detection problems,economic problems of power market and control protection,power quality the problem etc.Based on the relay protection model of medium voltage distribution network,this paper studies and analyzes the influence of DG grid connection on the relay protection of distribution network,and gets the corresponding solutions.For example,the introduction of fault current limiting equipment to reduce the impact of relay protection caused by DG grid connection. At the same time,the design of distributed power supply side is designed to solve the problem of arc re ignition and non synchronization reclosing to meet the basic requirements of reclosing.
