摘要 星箭分离技术是航天关键技术之一,直接关系到火箭能否成功发射,卫星是否正常入轨,对卫星总体性能和任务实施的完成度有着重要影响。现代微小卫星尺寸小、质量轻、形状不规则,给分离装置的设计带来了困难。微小卫星多数作为小卫星或大卫星的搭载星发射,根据与运载接口的约束条件,需自主研发分离机构装置。目前,国内外广泛应用火工分离技术,箭级间、星箭间分离大量采用火工品。绝大多数星箭分离由运载对分离装置提供信号和电气接口。作为搭载星发射的微纳-1A卫星,由于火箭电气资源的原因,运载方不提供与卫星分离装置的火工品电气接口,仅在主星分离后发送不带电触点分离信号,需实现自主星箭分离。因此,将介绍一种新型的微小卫星自主星箭分离的电源控制技术,其中包括信号延时驱动电路、火工品起爆执行电路和锂电池自主控温电路等。 The separation technology is one of the key technologies in space, which is directly related to the successful launch of the rocket and the normal in-orbit of the satellite, It has an important effect on the overall performance of the satellite and the degree of completion of the mission implementation.Modern microsatellites are small in size, light in mass and irregular in shape, which makes it difficult to design the separation device. At present, the explosive separation technology is widely used at home and abroad, including the separation between rockets and satellites, and the vast majority of rockets provide signals and electrical interfaces for the separation devices. Because of the electric resources of the rocket, the carrier does not provide the electrical interfaces and only sends the uncharged contact separation signal after the separation of the main satellite.
