摘要
近年来,浙江大学运用现代管理思想和信息技术原理,以提高服务效率、提升组织核心竞争力为目标,通过科研管理流程再造,以科研项目为核心,以科研人员为对象,以科研经费为抓手,充分实现科研、财务、审计、设备等管理部门和校院系所及项目组三级联动、协同推进,构建立体化、全方位、无盲点的网格化科研项目协同管理新范式。
Synergy mechanism in Zhejiang university research administration based on business process reengineering is a series of revolution conducted by university research administrative departments utilizing modern management philosophy and information technology principle to improve service efficiency and enhance core competence,and it is stimulated by changes of external environment and driven by game between cost and benefit. Zhejiang university should fully realize threelevel linkage mode and synergy among administrative departments like research administration, finance,auditing, and equipment management, faculties and project team through research management process reengineering, to build a new three-dimensional,comprehensive and non-blind spot paradigm of meshing synergy in research administration.
