摘要
为探究褐煤吸附处理有机废水中酸处理对煤质特性的影响,以蒙东褐煤为研究对象,采用了不同浓度的盐酸、硝酸溶液对煤样进行处理,并利用全自动氮气吸附仪(BET)、电子能谱仪(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对原煤及酸处理煤进行了结构表征,分析了酸处理前后褐煤的孔结构、表面官能团以及表面形貌三方面的变化规律。结果表明随着酸浓度的提高褐煤比表面积、总孔容先稍有增加,随后逐渐降低;较高浓度盐酸处理煤平均孔径相较原煤有所增大,而硝酸处理煤平均孔径普遍有所减小。酸处理后的褐煤,C—C与C—O基团所占比例减少,C=O基团则增加,且硝酸处理变化更为明显。室温酸处理使褐煤的粒径均一性得到改善,褶皱有所减少,在一定程度上改变了煤的物理化学结构,且硝酸较盐酸作用更为明显。
In order to investigate the influence of acid treatment on the characteristics of coal in organic waste water treated with lignite, the lignite in Mengdong was taken as the research object, and the coal samples were treated with different concentrations of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid solution. The changes of pore structure, surface functional groups and surface morphology of lignite before and after acid treatment were analyzed by BET, XPS and SEM. Results show that with the increase of acid concentration, the specific surface area of lignite and the total pore volume first increases slightly, then decreases gradually. The average pore size of coal treated with higher concentration of hydrochloric acid increases compared with that of raw coal, while the average pore size of nitric acid treated coal generally decreases. The proportion of acid-treated lignite, C-C and C-O groups decreases, C = 0 groups increases, and the change after nitric acid treatment is more obvious. The homogeneity of particle size of lignite is improved and the folds are reduced after acid treatment at room temperature. The acid treatment changes the physical and chemical structure of coal to a certain extent, and the effect of nitric acid is more obvious than that of hydrochloric acid.
