摘要
铲运机的工作机构往往影响着清理浮煤的效率,文章针对在前期工业性试验期间铲运机工作时的突出问题进行分析,并进行了技术改进和设计计算。详细介绍了改进后的铲运机的工作机构和部分重要器件的工作原理,并进行了铲运机铲斗装载阻力计算和倾翻油缸的浮动作用校核。经神东大柳塔煤矿使用验证得知改进工作机构后的铲运机能很好地满足井下清理浮煤和搬运货物的需要,为生产提供了极大的便利,提高了工作效率。
Explosion-proof battery LHD is mainly used to clean up the remaining floating coal on the ground after continuous miners cutting. In this paper, the author analyzed the outstanding problems of the scraper during the previous industrial test, and carried out technical improvements and design calculations. The working principles of the improved scraper and some important components are introduced in detail, and the load resistance calculation of the scraper bucket and the floating action check of the tilting cylinder are carried out. It has been verified by in Daliuta Coal Mine that, after improving the working mechanism, the scraper can meet the needs of underground cleaning of coal and cargo handling, which provides great convenience for production and improves working efficiency.
