摘要 智能终端是智能开关的核心装置之一,智能终端干接点动作延时和延时分散性是其关键指标,目前缺乏精确且统一的测量方法。基于智能开关信息流和实际运行工况,文中提出了一种智能终端干接点动作延时及延时分散性的测量方法,操作便捷、自动化程度高,测量精确度可达到0.1 ms,可有效避免因智能终端干接点动作延时过大导致的电力系统事故。 Intelligent terminal is one core device of the intelligent switch, the key indicators of intelligent terminal are dry contact action time-delay and time-delay dispersion, an accurate and unified measurement method of which is lacking at present. Based on information flow and actual operation condition of intelligent switch, a measurement method of intelligent terminal dry contact action time-delay and time-delay dispersion is proposed in this paper, which is convenient, with high degree of automation and the accuracy of the measurement can reach 0.1 ms precision, which can effectively avoid the power system accidents caused by the excessive action time-delay of intelligent terminal dry contact.
