摘要
利用阀切换技术,采用配置六通气体进样阀、六通切换阀和双火焰离子检测器的气相色谱仪,建立了同时分析抽余碳四中乙腈和丁二烯组分的方法,并对中国石油兰州石化公司丁二烯抽提装置的抽余碳四进行测定。结果表明:当阀切换时间设定为8.000 min时,经5次重复测定,乙腈组分最大相对标准偏差为16.19%,最大相对误差为16.15%,回收率为96.60%~116.15%;丁二烯组分最大相对标准偏差为10.63%,最大相对误差为15.29%,回收率为97.06%~115.29%。
The method of analyzing the acetonitrile and butadiene from C4 raffinate simultaneously was established by valve switching technology in a gas chromatograph with two 6 -way valves and double - FID detector and C4 raffinate from butadiene extraction unit was determined in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that the valve switching time was set at 8. 000 min, through 5 - time repeated tests, the maximum of standard deviation of acetonitrile was 16.19% ,the maximum relative error was 16. 15%, and the recovery rate was from 96.60% to 116.15% ; the maximum of standard deviation of butadiene was 10.63% , the maximum relative error was 15.29% ,and the recovery rate was from 97.06% to 115.29%.
