美国“卓越教师”培养经验及启示被引量：4

摘要经历30余年的实践与调整,美国在"卓越教师"申请、选拔与促进方面已积累一系列经验,并随着美国教育成果在世界范围内推行,而不断为世界各地所认可。对美国"卓越教师"申请、选拔与促进的主要经验进行一系列剖析、总结后发现,申请时具备诸多严格的基准条件,以竞争与第三方评估为原则层层选拔,以及"卓越教师荣誉"制度来促进卓越教师的认可的方法,均是美国卓越教师培养成功的关键之处。借鉴美国卓越教师的培养经验,国内卓越教师培养则可以从以下几方面入手:第一,应该重构国内卓越教师资格的申请标准;第二,在选拔上可以适应选用竞争与第三方评估;第三,构建与完善国内卓越教师荣誉制度。
