摘要
民族地区的脱贫关系到我国全面建成小康社会的战略目标能否最终实现。习近平总书记在纪念马克思诞辰200周年大会上的重要讲话，为我们利用马克思贫困理论指导民族地区的扶贫实践提供了新的理论指导。通过分析民族地区近些年收入差距的变化趋势和特征，运用马克思贫困理论探讨了民族地区收入差距及贫困程度较深的原因。基于精准扶贫视角，提出构建精准扶贫战略、主体有效识别、产业精准扶贫、“互联网＋”、精准扶贫及文化精准扶贫等策略，以减少民族地区收入差距，实现共同富裕。
Poverty alleviation in minority areas is related to whether our strategic goal of building a well - off society in an all - round way can be finally realized. General secretary Xi Jinping＇ simportant speech on 200th anniversary of Marx＇ s birthday provided us with new theoretical guidance for the use of Marx＇ s poverty theory to guide the practice of poverty alleviation in ethnic areas. This paper analyzed the changes and characteristics of the income gap trend in recent years, the problems and challenges faced by the ethnic regions, and Used Marx＇ s poverty theory to analyze the trend of income disparity in ethnic minority areas and the reasons for deeper poverty. Then this paper based on precise poverty perspective put forward out some strategy for example constructing precise poverty strategy, effective identification, the main industry of precise poverty, ＂Internet plus＂ precise poverty and cultural precise poverty alleviation strategy so as to reduce the regional income gap nation, to achieve common prosperity.
