摘要
在国际EPC水电站改造项目执行过程中,数量众多的设备主要从国内企业采购,供货商水品和设备质量良莠不齐。在招评标和生产阶段,需要在控制价格的同时确保产品质量和生产进度。因此,应重视供应商选择、依据主合同内容签订采购合同、明确合同技术条款避免设计偏差、重视设备监造验收和包装管理等,以确保国际EPC水电站改造项目保质按期完成。
In the renovation work of international EPC hydropower station projects, a large number of equipment are purchased mainly from Chinese enterprises. Considering the big difference of the enterprise level and product quality, the product quality and manufacturing schedule should be ensured as well as the price control in the bidding and production periods. Thus, in the equipment procurement implementation, the choice of supplies should be emphasized. The procurement contract should be signed according to the main contract. Technical terms in the contract should be clarified to avoid design deviation. The equipment manufacture supervision and acceptance and the packaging management should also be emphasized. With these measures, the renovation work of international EPC hydropower station projects could be accomplished in satisfactory quality and schedule.
