科教融合模式下林产化工专业创新人才培养的思考 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对新时代创新型国家对创新型人才的需求,结合现有林产化工人才培养模式,从林产化工专业现状、创新型人才培养方案的制定、创新课程体系的建立、教育教学模式的探索以及教师创新教育能力建设等方面思考将实质性"科教融合"与创新型人才培养结合起来,找到校-所"人才共享、资源共有、学科共建、人才共育"的创新型人才培育运行机制和育人模式,为"科教融合"模式下的创新型人才培养质量的提高提供理论指导及支持。 Based on our increasing demand for innovative talents from higher education, this paper reviewed the present status quo of teaching in chemical engineering of forest production and summarized the achievements in developing innovative training programs, courses and models, as well as teacher development from the Perspective of scientific research and teaching integration. The new "talent sharing, resources sharing, discipline co-construction, and talents coeducation" model gives a theoretical support and guidance for the high quality innovative talents education in higher education of China.
