摘要 构件生产是装配式建筑建造过程中的重要环节,构件生产质量对装配式建筑的整体质量有着至关重要的影响。为了提高装配式建筑构件的生产质量,本文在对我国装配式建筑构件生产过程进行实地调研的基础上,明确当前构件生产的质量管理现状及问题、质量管理的影响因素、控制要点及生产流程,结合国内外BIM技术及RFID技术的发展情况,分析了将BIM-RFID技术引入构件生产质量管理中的应用价值,并结合BIM技术和RFID技术的核心价值,建立了构件生产的质量管理体系,设计了将BIM-RFID技术应用于构件生产的质量管理流程模型,以实现构件生产过程中信息交流的精确性和构件追踪管理的高效性,同时为装配式建筑构件生产质量管理体系的建立提供参考。 Component production is an important link in the process of prefabricated building construction,and the quality of the component production has a direct influence on the overall quality of the prefabricated building. B y conducting an investigation and research on the prefabricated components production process, this paper defined the main problems and critical factors in quality management of prefabricated component production. A quality management system that combined BIM technology and RFID technology was established to improve quality management of prefabricated component production based on the core value of the two technologies and the successful application of BIM-RFID technology in other stages of building construction. Moreover, the quality management process was improved by applying the BIM - RFID technology to realize the accuracy of information exchange and the high efficiency of component tracking management in component production process.This research could provide useful information for promoting quality management system for the prefabricated components production.
