摘要
针对车辆动力学控制中牵引力控制系统(TCS)/防抱死制动系统(ABS)系统评价实验的难题,提出改进的反映轮胎-地面关系的绕线异步电机模型,阐述了用异步电机机械特性模拟全工况不同路面特性的原理和方法。针对车辆牵引/制动两种工况,提出车辆滑移率与异步电机视在转差率关系,并考虑车速变化的实际情况,提出了变频但保证路面特性不变化的模拟方案,最终设计出车辆ABS/TCS测试的模拟轮胎-地面实验平台,该平台开发周期短、成本低,安全性高。系统仿真和实验结果表明该实验平台能够对牵引和制动两种工况下不同路面不同车速下的车辆ABS/TCS进行测试。
Aiming at the difficulties of vehicle dynamics control traction control system(TCS) and anti-lock braking system(ABS)evaluation,this paper proposes an improved induction motor model reflecting tire-road relationship. The proposed model describesthe principle and method of simulating the whole condition tire-road characteristics with induction motor' s mechanical characteristics.Considering the actual situation of vehicle speed variation,we propose afrequencyconverter simulation scheme,to ensure the tire-road characteristics unchanged,and design a simulated tire-road experimental platform for vehicle ABS/TCS test. The development cycle of the platform is short,the cost islow and the securityis high. The system simulation and experimental results show that the platform can be used to test the ABS/TCS of the vehicle withdifferent vehicle speeds under two different conditions of traction and brakingon different road surfaces.
